International Symposium on Diversity and Systematization of Peace Education

  • Senda Lab, Community Collaboration Floor Hiroshima University Higashi-Senda Campus Hiroshima, Hiroshima, 730-0053 Japan (map)

Eighty years have passed since the end of the war, and yet, international tensions and armed conflicts persist, affecting the peace situation both inside and outside Japan.

Amid this, we are once again asking ourselves what we have learned from peace education thus far and how we should proceed in the future.

This symposium invites researchers from five countries who are committed to peace education research and practice to share diverse approaches to peace education and engage in international dialogue aimed at its future systematization.

Language: Japanese and English (simultaneous interpretation)

Admission: Free for students, faculty, and the general public.

Registration: Click here to attend in person or to participate online.
