The Global Engagement & Empowerment Forum (GEEF) 2026 will take place from Thursday, March 12 to Friday, March 13, 2026, at Yonsei University's Sinchon Campus, under the theme: "Time for Action: Emerging Technology & Global Solidarity."
Since its launch in 2018, GEEF has served as an international platform for dialogue on sustainable development and shared prosperity, underscoring the importance of cooperation and solidarity in advancing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). In an era of rapid technological advancement-particularly in artificial intelligence-GEEF 2026 will address rising concerns over inequality and social fragmentation, emphasizing human-centered values and ethics to ensure that technological progress serves the common good.
The Forum will bring together distinguished leaders and experts from Korea and around the world, including
H.E. Ban Ki-moon, 8th Secretary-General of the United Nations;
H.E. Won Min-kyung, Minister of Gender Equality and Family of the Republic of Korea;
Rt. Hon. Jenny Shipley, 36th Prime Minister of New Zealand;
