Launch of the UNEVOC Network Coaction Initiative 2026

  • Bonn, North Rhine-Westphalia Germany (map)

The UNEVOC Network Coaction Initiative is coordinated by UNESCO-UNEVOC and contributes to the coordinated effort “Towards a global TVET agenda” (TGTA), funded by the German Federal Ministry for Education, Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth (BMBFSFJ). By supporting short-cycle, collaborative projects, the Initiative translates shared TVET priorities into practical, reusable solutions, strengthens cooperation among UNEVOC Centres, and brings Network-based innovation into the wider global TVET dialogue.

The 2026 edition brings together four initiatives addressing intercultural competence and global citizenship; green skills and the attractiveness of construction trades; digitally enabled pathways for greening TVET; and Living Lab approaches to sustainability, digitalisation and inclusion.

This 90-minute webinar will formally launch the selected projects and provide visibility to their lead and partner UNEVOC Centres, as well as to the contribution of the Coaction Initiative to TGTA. Project teams will introduce their objectives, planned activities, expected outputs and opportunities for wider Network engagement.

Unlike a showcase event, the webinar is forward-looking: it marks the beginning of implementation and creates a shared public starting point for communication, collaboration and follow-up.
